I’ve recently added this beautiful wood ring to my inlaid category selection. It has a purpleheart outer wood while inner lined with maple and features apple blossom seashell for the inlay. The purpleheart wood is a darker wood with a hint of purple. The pink and white colors from crushed apple blossom seashells goes together nicely with the color of the purpleheart wood. Today I have added a new pre-made ring design to my inlaid ring category. I’m not sure if the word “handsome” can be used to describe a ring, but I’m gonna go with it. This bentwood ring is handsome! It features an outer wood of ebony and inner wood of cherry while double yellow brass and cherry wood is used for the inlay. The color combination of the two woods and the yellow brass inlay offers a striking look! This beautiful wood ring can be found in my shop here.

Base Woods Used For Wooden Rings

I currently offer seven choices of wood types as a starting point for your wooden ring. These are maple, cherry, mahogany, walnut, zebrawood, ebony, and purpleheart. Once we decide on a base wood, we can then decide on inlay types… stone, wire, shell, or another wood. If you wish to have your wood ring inner lined with another wood type, I can do that. So for instance you could have a wood ring with a dark outside using ebony, and then use maple wood for the inner lining. I also offer titanium as an inner lining which offers a super strong ring with the look of a wood ring on the outside.
