Ring Resizing
First, it is extremely important to get your finger sized by a professional jeweler since resizing wooden rings is much more difficult and limited than resizing an all metal ring. When I create your ring, I size it to the exact size you specified when placing your ring order.
I offer a one-time complimentary ring resizing if it needs slightly adjusted, you’ll just need to cover shipping costs both ways. I can normally resize a inner lined wood ring 1/4 of a size smaller or larger, and sometimes up to a half of a size in either direction. I am unable to resize rings that have titanium or another metal lining the inside of the ring. For rings that cannot be resized or need to be resized more than a half a size, I offer a one-time remake of your ring at 50% of the original purchase price. Your remake request must be made within 30 days of receiving your ring. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your replacement ring to be created and shipped out.
Ring Refinishing
The water resistant finish I apply to the wood on my rings is crucial in keeping the integrity and structure of your ring intact. While strong and quite durable, it is normal for it to become worn after time, especially when in contact to abrasive materials, chemicals, and long exposure to pool/ocean water. For this reason, I offer free refinishing on your ring for as long as you own it. You will only be responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Ring Exchanges
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your ring to discuss an exchange. No ring exchanges will be accepted after this date.
If you purchased a ring from my “In Stock” category, you may exchange it with another ring with equal or lesser value from my in stock selection. However, rings in this category are limited in selection and size. You will be required to cover shipping costs to send your ring back in its original condition.
For made to order and custom rings, you will receive a 75% credit of the purchase price on your original ring order to apply towards a new ring order. You will be required to cover shipping costs to send your original ring back and it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your new ring to be made and shipped out.
Returns
If you are wanting to return a ring, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your ring. Returns are determined on a case by case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a return is granted. Shipping fees and expedited processing costs will not be included in any refunds. No returns will be allowed after 14 days of receiving your order.
Cancelling An Order
“In Stock” ring orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are needing to cancel this type of order. If I have already shipped out an “In Stock” ring order, we can discuss return options. You will be required to cover shipping costs if your ring has already been sent out.
For made to order and custom ring orders, order cancellations must be made within 5 days of order placement. If current workload is low and I can begin on your ring within the 5 days, I will contact you to confirm proceeding. Cancellations after 5 days will be decided on a case by case basis.
Variations In Rings
By purchasing one of my made to order or custom rings, you understand that there will be a slight variation in wood color/grain and the inlay of stone and other materials won’t exactly match what is pictured. Each ring is handcrafted and wood can vary from piece to piece. Inlays with individual stone and shell pieces are individually placed using tweezers causing each ring to be unique and special. Your handmade ring will look very similar to what is shown on this website, but not exactly like it.
Shipping
I use the USPS to ship my rings in a 6×9 bubble envelope. Insurance is purchased to cover the cost of the ring in the event that it gets lost or damaged. I am not responsible if a package becomes lost, but will work with you to rectify the situation. All of my rings are made and shipped out of Springfield, Missouri so it usually takes 3-4 business days to reach the outer east and west coasts, and sooner of course if you live closer to Missouri. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your ring order.
