How long will it take to have my ring made and shipped out?

Custom and made to order rings usually take 1 to 2 weeks to be created and then shipped. Rings in the “In Stock” category will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. If I expect a delay in your order, I will promptly let you know.

How durable are your rings?

While not as strong as metal rings of course, my wood rings are created using the bentwood method which provides for a durable wood ring. It is uncommon that they would break or splinter.

How should I take care of my ring?

While brief hand washing and occasional showering typically don’t affect the waterproof finish on my rings, I suggest taking your ring off during prolonged exposure to water, especially swimming pools and the ocean. It is advised to remove your wood ring when working with machinery, working out, and other activities that might cause your ring to come in contact with abrasive materials.

Is it possible to resize a wooden ring?

I can normally resize a ring 1/4 of a size in either direction, sometimes up to a half of a size depending on the particular ring. For this reason, I strongly suggest having a professional jeweler size your finger before placing a ring order with me. Rings that have an inner lining of titanium or another metal cannot be resized once made.

Do you offer a warranty for your rings?

I offer a 30 day warranty for all of my rings. If your ring becomes damaged due to craftsmanship within the first 30 days of receiving your ring, I will repair or replace it at no cost. You will only be required to pay for shipping it my way. For a complete list of my policies on repair and replacing a damaged ring, please refer to the store policies page.
